Valentine’s Silent Disco

This event is wheelchair accessible.

If you’re unable to wait in queues for long periods, speak to our security staff and they’ll fast track your entry.

The nearest accessible toilet is on our Ground Floor at the back of Hintze Hall, under the stairs. We also have a Changing Places toilet on the Ground Floor of our Blue Zone.

Blue Badge parking spaces are available on request.

We can provide you with a wheelchair or folding chair to carry if you email us.

The event will begin at 21:00 and we can’t allow entry after 22:30. 

For Silent Disco + Exhibitions ticket holders, doors will open at 19:00 and we can’t allow entry after 20:30. 

Bookings are required. No refunds will be given. 

This event is for ages 18+ only. A valid form of ID must be shown at the gate. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. 

We encourage you to enjoy alcohol responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service to anyone who is, or appears to be, intoxicated. Tickets won’t be refunded. 

We operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. 

There will be a cloakroom available. 

We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the event as required, such as adjusting the locations, timings or content of the event. This is to ensure that we deliver a safe and excellent experience for everyone at all times. 

Tickets can’t be resold, transferred or used for promotional, commercial or fundraising purposes without the prior written permission from the Museum. Find more ticketing terms. 

Visitors must present a valid ticket at the door. 

Photography and filming may take place during the event, in which you may be identifiable. These images may be used for our marketing purposes on the website, social media, and printed publicity materials. If you have any concerns about being photographed, speak to our staff at the event.
