The event will begin at 22.00 and we cannot allow entry after 23.30
Bookings are required. No refunds will be given.
You may change your booking to an alternative date if you inform us at least 30 days before the date of your original booking. Alternative dates are subject to availability and must take place within one year of your original booking.
A £10 administration fee will be charged for each changed ticket.
A free ticket for a carer accompanying a guest with a disability can be requested on +44 (0)20 7942 5000, Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 17.00, subject to availability.
The event is for adults aged 18 and over. A valid form of ID must be shown at the gate. The Museum operates a Challenge 25 policy.
The Museum encourages customers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. The Museum reserves the right to refuse entry and/or service to customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated. Tickets will not be refunded.
The Museum operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs.

Visitors must present a valid ticket at the door.
Please note that photography and filming may take place during the event, in which you may be identifiable. These images may be used for Museum marketing purposes on the website, social media, and printed publicity materials. If you have any concerns about being photographed, please speak to a member of staff at the event.
