General admission ticket enquiries
You do not need to contact us to cancel or rebook free general admission tickets. You can book a new general admission ticket at any time. We do not operate any cancellation or waitlists. If you need to cancel any shop purchases, please contact us with your order number, email address and date of visit. All donations are non-refundable.
Can't find your e-ticket?
We are experiencing delays with our ticket confirmation emails. If you have not received your email and are visiting in the next 3+ days, please do not call or email us - your tickets will arrive soon. Alternatively, if you have a record of your order number at the time of booking, you can show this when you arrive to gain entry.
Please also check your junk inbox or try searching your emails for 'nhm tickets'. Please email us or call us on +44 (0)20 7942 5000 if you can't find your email and don't have your booking number.
Exhibition ticket enquiries
For refunds or transfers on temporary exhibition tickets, please fill out our booking change request form with your order number, email address, and name. All donations are non-refundable and Gift Aided tickets are only transferable. If you have a shop purchase included, please let us know if you'd like it moved to another date or refunded. If you're required to self-isolate, we can transfer your tickets to a new date.
