This skull illustrates the Victorian fascination with oddities and was part of a temporary exhibition at the Natural History Museum at Tring.

The sheep failed to develop correctly in the womb. From the base of the neck, the skull splits and becomes two, with the right side being rather better developed than the left.

Its true width is 20 cm, height 15 cm.
