Tring: Cold-blooded Animals
Explore the world of cold-blooded animals, from snakes and turtles to fish and frogs.
Join us February half-term as we delve into the fascinating world of cold-blooded animals.
Take an up-close look at and handle our specimens in this free-flowing tabletop activity. Touch their scales or feel their smooth skin as you find out how these animals keep themselves warm and how they cope during cold weather.
Recommended for ages 3+.
This activity isn’t ticketed but school holidays are particularly busy times for us, so book a free Museum entry ticket in advance so you don’t miss out.
This event is fully wheelchair accessible.
We can provide you with a wheelchair or folding chair to carry if you email us at tring-bookings@nhm.ac.uk.
