When will your digital card arrive?

We’re introducing digital cards gradually.

We’ll email you when it’s time for you to switch to a digital card. Until then, you can keep using your physical card.

How to get your digital card

  1. We’ll send you an email when your digital membership card is ready. The email will be from ‘NHM Membership’ and the subject line will be ‘Here’s your digital membership card’.
  2. Click the link in the email. It’ll take you to our website where you can get your card.
  3. Download your card to your phone’s digital wallet. It’ll work with Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and Samsung Wallet. If you prefer, you can print it out.
  4. When you visit, show us the card on your phone or a printout to enjoy all your membership benefits.

If you can’t use your digital card on your phone, you can print it out and show us the printout when you visit.
