When will your digital card arrive?
We’re introducing digital cards gradually.
We’ll email you when it’s time for you to switch to a digital card. Until then, you can keep using your physical card.
How to get your digital card
- We’ll send you an email when your digital membership card is ready. The email will be from ‘NHM Membership’ and the subject line will be ‘Here’s your digital membership card’.
- Click the link in the email. It’ll take you to our website where you can get your card.
- Download your card to your phone’s digital wallet. It’ll work with Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and Samsung Wallet. If you prefer, you can print it out.
- When you visit, show us the card on your phone or a printout to enjoy all your membership benefits.
