How digital membership cards work
Digital cards make it easy for you to access your member benefits using your phone.
You just need to save the card to your phone’s wallet app, or print it out from a computer or tablet, and show it to us when you visit.
If there are two adults on your membership, both adults will get their own digital card.
When will you get your digital card?
If you chose a digital card when you became a member, it’ll be ready for you in around one week. Contact us if it’s been more than a week and your card hasn’t arrived.
If you currently have a physical membership card, we’ll email you when it’s time for you to switch to a digital one. Until then, you can keep using your physical card.
How to get your digital card
- We’ll send you an email when your digital membership card is ready. The email will be from ‘NHM Membership’ and the subject line will be ‘Here’s your digital membership card’.
- Click the link in the email to access your card.
- Download your card to your phone’s digital wallet. It’ll work with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. If you prefer, you can print it out from a computer or tablet.
- When you visit, show us the card on your phone or a printout to enjoy all your membership benefits.
Why we’re going digital
For years, we’ve provided physical cards, but now we’re offering a more convenient experience.
With your digital card, you won’t have to worry about bringing a physical card with you when you visit us. Your exclusive benefits will always be accessible at your fingertips, ready for you to start exploring.
Going digital also lowers our costs and environmental impact, a small step in helping the planet.
Requesting a physical card instead
We want everyone to be able to make the most of their membership and enjoy what we have to offer.
You can print out your digital card from a computer or tablet and show us the printout when you visit.
Alternatively, you can email us to request a physical card.
You can have either a digital card or a physical one, not both.
