Summary

I am one of the Curators of Flowering Plants in the General Herbarium and I am currently involved in taxonomic and ethnobotanical research using early modern collections. I am interested in ethnobotany, pre-Linnaean polynomials and how plant names and uses have evolved over the years. I am also working on cross- cultural study of medicinal uses of plants.
