Visit this baa-rilliant tribute to beloved mischief maker Shaun the Sheep inspired by the world-famous Bayeux Tapestry.
Inspired by the world-famous Bayeux Tapestry, we’ve unveiled a baa-rilliant new tribute to beloved mischief maker Shaun the Sheep.
At seven metres in length, the tapestry is full of detail to discover. There’s even a section knitted by Olympic gold medallist and founder of the knitting and crochet lifestyle brand Made With Love, Tom Daley!
The artwork comes ahead of the release of Sky Original feature film Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom.
The tapestry is free to visit, but you can book free general admission tickets ahead of your visit to guarantee your entry.
Visit the tapestry for a limited run until Sunday 1 November in our West Wing.
Accessibility information
- The tapestry is on display on the Ground Floor of the Darwin Centre, which is wheelchair accessible via our West Entrance.
- The nearest accessible toilet and Changing Places toilet is located in the Nature Activity Centre in our gardens.
- Blue Badge parking spaces are available on request.
- Guide dogs are welcome at the Museum. Water for them is available on request.
