Bookings are required. You can’t buy a ticket on the door.

No refunds will be given.

Enter via our Central Entrance on Cromwell Road.

Our Central Cafe will be closed for the duration of the event but there will be water fountains available.

Our cloakroom won’t be open during this event, so we advise you travel light.

Photography and filming may take place during the event. These images may be used for our marketing purposes. If you have any concerns about being photographed, speak to our staff.

We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the event as required, such as adjusting the locations, timings or content of the activities. This is to ensure that we deliver a safe and excellent experience for everyone at all times.

This is a floor-seated event, but accessibility seating is available. Email us at [email protected] to organise this prior to the event.

If you’re unable to wait in queues for long periods, speak to our security staff and they’ll fast track your entry.

The nearest accessible toilet is on our Ground Floor at the back of Hintze Hall, under the stairs. We also have a Changing Places toilet on the Ground Floor of our North Wing.
