Are you aged 14–15 living in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea or Hammersmith and Fulham? Are you wondering what you might want to do when you’re older? Come to the Natural History Museum for an evening of inspiration!  

Meet real scientists and curators working on cutting-edge research and collections. Discover the wide range of technical careers behind the scenes, from 2D and 3D production to AI, and hear from creatives working in design and architecture.  

You’ll have the chance to ask questions, take part in hands-on activities and try our job matching and Dragon’s Den style games. Uncover all the exciting jobs and unexpected career journeys you never knew existed!

Darwin Centre Cafe

  • This event is fully wheelchair accessible.
  • If you’re unable to wait in queues for long periods, speak to our security staff and they’ll fast track your entry.
  • Guide dogs are welcome at the Museum and on this tour. Water for them is available on request.
  • The nearest accessible toilet is on the Ground Floor of the Orange Zone. We also have a Changing Places toilet in our Blue Zone.
  • A dedicated quiet area is available during the event.
  • Blue Badge parking spaces are available on request.
  • We can provide you with a wheelchair or folding chair to carry if you email us.

  • This event is invitation-only. Book a free ticket to enter.
  • Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • This event and its activities are primarily designed for ages 14 to 15, but younger siblings are welcome to attend as part of their family group.
  • There will be no cloak room available. Keep belongings to a minimum.
