Diagnosis

 Basal Meridosternata with:

  • apical disc of standard holasteroid structure;
  • frontal ambulacrum flush; no groove adorally;
  • plastron plating meridosternous with sternal plate similar in size to episternal plates and with episternals biserially offset;
  • pores in anterior ambulacrum identical to those in other ambulacra.
Range
Early Cretaceous (Albian) to Palaeocene (Thanetian); worldwide.
