Diagnostic Features
  • Apical system ethmolytic with 3 gonopores; no gonopore in genital plate 2.
  • Anterior ambulacrum non-petaloid, sunken, pores uniserial.
  • Petaloid ambulacra sunken, pores not conjugate.
  • Amphisternous plastron; elongate labrum. Adoral interambulacra amphiplacous.
  • Peripetalous fasciole and bilobed subanal fasciole present
Distribution Lower Oligocene (Rupelian), Marianna Limestone and Glendon Limestone (Vicksburg Group), Rankin, Smith, and Warren Counties, Mississippi, USA
