Identify this insect?

I found them crawling on my arms and legs at first, then discovered some more on my bed. I changed the bedding since then and seems to be fine now. Then I found more crawling on my laptop screens and whiteboard! They are very tiny and have oblong black body and unharmful. They do not bite or anything harmful but do bother me. They move very slow because of their size. I was hoping that these crawlies are identified!

Here are images.

They're thrips or thunderflies. There are loads of them around at this time of year, particularly in cereal fields and as the cereals are harvested they all fly off looking for somewhere else to live.
