Hi can anyone help with ID of the attached please, they appear on the kitchen ceiling every day although I'm vacuuming them up daily. We don't have any food left out and only one houseplant in the kitchen.

That is a mayfly nymph; you'll see adults (fully developed wings), too.
You will also see the skins after the final moult, which look very much like the live insects (but they don't move from day to day).
They are not after food or houseplants; they just like places to hang out.
We get a lot of them in our porch of an evening (in Cyprus).
