This is a difficult group. Several species are similar, and the variation within one species can be more than between species. Just look at the variation in A. tristella shown here -
It would be a little easier if we could see your moth from the other side as well - so we could see all the forewing.
As it is, I think you have made the best guess - Agriphila selasella
of this moth I have only this lateral shot, there was at least 3 moths similar to this one (now I post them too), the only difference are the palpus, this moth have the curved palpus, the other moths have the straight, horizontal, palpus.
I don't know if it's a ID character.
