Well it is a longhorn beetle.
This one might be large black longhorn beetle, Stictoleptura scutellata (syn. Corymbia scutellata).

I'm pretty sure it is a Cerambyx scopolii, its common in southern Europe,
I think the photo is more like Cerambyx scopolii because it has larger mandibles than Stictoleptura scutella and pronotum has transverse ridgers.
