What is this fossil?

this was found in Erath County Texas on a bluff at approx elevation 1200 feet. I looks as if it has been split in half.   It is 10 inches long and 4 inches high has a relatively flat bottom and appears to have hollow places in it between the inner tubes as seen in the second picture.  Thanks for your time and help, JMJ

Very nice - looks like Serpulidae - tubeworms to me.

I have found similar ones in the Chalk and the Oxford clay over here though they have living relatives on the seabed today.
