Grasshopper ID please

any idea who this little guy is who was on my kitchen ceiling recently? i'm interested in researching further information but need a name

    Well, strictly speaking (at least if you speak Swedish), it isn't a grasshopper but a bush-cricket (Tettigonidae) - both belong to Orthoptera, however. Here my absolute and definite knowledge stops, but as far as I can see it is a nymph (the adults have wings [not of all species, though]) female (note the long ovipositor at the end of the abdomen) and I would go for Meconema thalassinum
