Australian Green Tree frog (Litoria infrafrenata) Frogs come in all shapes and sizes. The largest frog in the world is the goliath frog (Conraua goliath), up to 30 centimetres long whereas one of the smallest is Psyllophryne didactyla, its body only grows to less than one centimetre.

This may look like a dinosaur, but it's actually a mammal.

The bones of this magnificent giant sloth were sent to London in a box from South America in the 1800s.

Richard Owen examined them and confirmed they came from Megatherium . He described its structure, and how it probably spent its days, in brilliant detail.
