Identification of rock ? Fossil

On the Harbour Beach in Lyme Regis, Dorset on Sunday - came across this rock at sea edge

? Fossil or just an unusual shape.

    Hi - welcome

     

    This is a flint from the Upper Cretaceous Chalk.  The flint is part of a Trace Fossil - a crustacean burrow system made in the Chalk sea bed some 80-85 my ago.
