Is this a False Widow?

Hello. We recently found this spider on our decking outside our house in Kent. Is it a False Widow? Unidentified spider Kent.jpg

The picture's somewhat blurry but I think this is a rabbit hutch spider, Steatoda bipunctata, which some class as a false widow but it's very common and doesn't have a bad reputation.
