Drawing of a branch from a flowering shrub against a plain background. The plant has narrow lanceolate leaves, coloured green overlaid with several black longitudinal veins, and arranged alternately on a slender olive-brown stem. The flowers are borne on stems and consist of five narrow pink petals arranged around a pink and yellow centre. The drawing is annotated in grey ink.

- The drawing is unsigned and undated.
- The drawing is inscribed in brown ink at the top left corner with the number "134", and on the reverse "135". These refer to the pre-1984 numbering system for the Port Jackson Collection.
- The drawing is annotated in grey ink below the plant towards the centre right "Natural size", and at bottom "Sep.tm This Plant grows three or four feet in heigt forming a close bush - and in sandy soils - ". The handwriting resembles that which appears on many of the Watling Collection drawings, and may have been written by Thomas Watling.
