1.Translucent envelope printed 'J. Horsburgh & Son | Studios & Galleries | 131 Princes Street | West End | Edinburgh' containing when listed five portrait photographs, two of Tahiti natives, two of Hawaii 'natives' (2-5 below) and 1 of a native of Api, New Hebrides (see WP6/6/7); c. 1890? based on period of operation of photographers J Horsburgh and Sons.
2. Portrait photo of a young man with short hair decorated with leaves and flowers, in profile looking to the viewer's left, in front of a light coloured screen (paling fence? with rocks visible beneath).
