TitlePhrenological examination of A R Wallace
DescriptionPhrenological examination of A R Wallace. This consists of 2 pages. The first page is printed with a heading "phrenological delieation of the character of .....by Mr Edwin Thomas Hicks. Space is left to fill in the name of the person examined. W Wallace is written in the space, but it must refer to A R Wallace as he describes this in his biography on page 258 and places the event in Neath just after his brother's death. There is a list of organs and their functions and different numbers are written against them. The page opposite is a handwritten description of Wallace's character signed by Hicks.
