| Description | Watercolour drawing of tropical coast and trees. View from high vantage point looking down on beach with boats on beach and in water. In the f/g are 2 people with axes standing by chopped down tree. There are logs scattered down the hillside. Small boats are on the beach and others in the bay. There is a larger sailing vessel outside the bay in deeper waters. More hills in the distance. No date, location or artist give. On the reverse is written in pencil "sketch said to have been done by Wm Mitten, WGW" However as William Mitten never travelled to tropical countries this is unlikely.
Notes: 17 x 22 cm mounted on card 28 x 33 cm.
