The whole article is stuck to a small piece of paper declaring it has come from a newspaper cutting bureau in Boston, Mass called Henry Romike. It has a date stamped on it which is oct 12, 1913 or 1903. The year is blurred so can't be sure which date is correct - 1903 or 1913.
