Description	Was previously SB/4 This series consists of the financial records of the society, principally details of the monies received from members and others for subscriptions and publications. There are audited annual income and expenditure accounts for the years 1948 - 1986, subscription ledgers (1944 - 1985), books of monies received (1936 - 1975), books of sales of reprinted journals (1966 - 1987) and a book that records payments made by the society between 1966 and 1979.

AdminHistory	These papers were the responsibility of the Honorary Treasurer, and were the basis of the accounts presented to the annual general meeting each year. Francis Hemming was Treasurer from the foundation until 1947, being succeeded by Alexander Townsend, who acted as both Secretary and Treasurer until his death in 1964. He was followed by Anthony P Harvey who is still in office (1997).
