By March 1891 "reopened" the Froebel Training School of Primary Instruction at Norland Place, Holland Park Gardens, London, calling it 'The Training College for Kindergarten Teachers'. Principal of Froebel Education Institute (and Demonstration School), Colet Gardens, Talgarth Road, West Kensington, London, (inaugurated 1892) from its formal opening in 1894 until 1901.
