Activity	Museum staff. Started at South Kensington as a Boy Attendant in the Botany Department (General Herbarium) in May 1920 and Attendent in 1924, becoming a Technical Assistant 2nd class in 1934. He transferred from South Kensington in September 1940 (possibly he came with fire and water damaged botanical material following the bombing of the botany galleries), remaining at Tring until August 1946 when he returned to South Kensington. He left the Museum in either 1947 or 1948.
