| Description | Located on the second floor of the Museum, the Osteological Gallery shown here in 1892 was designed to show the visitor variations in mammalian bone structure. Larger specimens, such as the buffalo and bison almost marching in pairs towards the exit, were displayed at the centre while examples of antelope, oxen and sheep horns adorned the walls above bespoke display cases. Skeletons of an extinct Irish Elk and various Rhinoceros form the vanguard of this column. Print Size: 7x9 Photographer: Andreae G L E Notes: 3 copies of print
