| Description | The 'Old' Spirit Building was built in 1882 and demolished 1953. The 'New' Spirit Building gradually replaced the old building and has the following construction dates: 1921-1922, 1928-1930, 1934-1935, demolished 2002. Both these buildings have been called 'New' and 'Old' Spirit Building, depending on which point in time the Museum or its staff was referring to them. |
