| Description | Files making up this series derive from the Keeper's office and elsewhere in the Department. All relate to staff and staffing in some way. They include Keeper's copies of printed and duplicated papers (DF18/1, 3, 12, 13, 22, 31, 33, 35), draft reports and memoranda prepared by the Keeper for the Director or Trustees (DF18/7, 8, 10), original correspondence relating to recruitment of staff (DF18/2, 16, 19), papers relating to semi-official matters such as memorial portraits and funds (DF18/5, 6, 11, 25), and personal papers which must have been donated to the Department (DF18/4). |
