| Description | This series contains files relating to the organisation and management of the Exhibition Section and its programme of work, kept by the Exhibitions Officer and also includes visitor surveys produced for/by the Museum, which are a later addition to the series.
DF701/1-22 contains papers relating to the organisation of the Section and its constituent parts, including modelmaking, taxidermy and the various laboratories, (DF701/2, 4, 6, 10 and 14); copies of the progress reports submitted to the Director and keepers, and papers of the Exhibitions Committee (DF701/3, 5 7 and 11); a small collection of general correspondence (DF701/1, 17-19); and two collections of printed leaflets and brochures assembled by the Archivist and placed in the series for convenience.
