| Description | Between 2004 and 2006 Mark Fairnington was involved in Fabulous Beasts (see reference DF EXH/700/2/57/13). Following on from this exhibition he applied for a research project entitled, 'Birds We Cannot See'. For this, Fairington used the bird collections at Tring Museum of Natural History.
Fairnington also submitted an entry to the Darwin's Canopy competition, see reference DF EXH/700/2/57/28
