| Description | The temporary exhibition 'Megabugs', open 23 Jul - [31] Oct 1993 featured giant robotic beetles, a locust, stick insect, caterpillar, praying mantis, mosquito, honey bee and dragonfly, and incorporated a 3D audio visual display. The models were designed and constructed by Japenese company, Kokoro. The exhibition was designed by Imagination, working in close liaison with members of the Museum's exhibition and scientific staff and was situated in the Earth Galleries.
