Title	'Plant Power' Exhibition
Description	The Plant Power Exhibition was a permanent exhibition that opened in [Sep?] 1993 and was located in the small gallery at the top of the main staircase in the Museum's Central Hall. The exhibition focussed on the the significance that plants have on the development of human culture and was designed by the architect David Chipperfield and the photographer Nick Knight. The Jefferson Smurfit Foundation contributed to the creation of the exhibition and The Wolfson Foudation and Family Charitable Trust funded the refurbishment of the gallery by a grant through the Museums and Galleries Improvement Fund This series contains a Press Officer's file with correspondence regarding the refurbishment of the gallery and the creation of the exhibition
