Jaime was shocked to see this tarantula hawk wasp dragging its prey across his kitchen floor. He rushed to get his camera. By the time he returned, the giant wasp was hoisting the spider up the side of the refrigerator.
Tarantula hawk wasps are said to have one of the most painful stings on the planet, deadly when used on a spider. They mainly feed on nectar and pollen, but female wasps hunt tarantulas as food for their carnivorous larvae.
