Bath Time

Jasper Doest's Image

Jasper was initially sceptical about the ethics of capturing and training wild macaques.

But spending time with this group highlighted the empathetic relationship some trainers had with their captive monkeys. Rather than treating them purely as money-makers in a profitable business, they showered the macaques with affection and cared for them like children.
