Bence Máté, Hungary

Opportunistic croc

Although this shot was taken from a safe hide, Bence recalls that it was chilling to see the frightening, killing eyes of this four-metre-long Nile crocodile. The crocs come to the island near Mkuze, South Africa, to bask in the Sun, and eat any kind of animal carcass they can find.
