  • Ticket information

Book a ticket in advance for guaranteed entry. Tickets include Museum entry only after you've visited the exhibition.

Members, Patrons and Corporate Supporters do not need to book exhibition tickets. Arrive at any time and you will have priority access. Please ensure you have your Membership card, Patrons card or Corporate Partner pass ready to scan on entry. The option to book in advance is still available.

Please ensure you book the correct date as your ticket cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Capacity for this exhibition has been set so that all visitors have a safe and enjoyable time. Please read our safety information before your visit.

As a result of capacity restrictions the Museum has made the decision to suspend the reciprocal admissions schemes under ICOM, Museums Association and the National Museum Directors' Conference. Entrance to the Museum remains free and we hope to welcome MA/ICOM members to our exhibitions soon.

    Refunds and transfers

Please fill out our booking change request form with your order number, email address, and name. Please note all donations are non-refundable and Gift Aided tickets are only transferable. If you have a shop purchase included, please let us know if you'd like it moved to another date or refunded.
