Members, Patrons and Corporate Supporters do not need to book exhibition tickets. Arrive at any time and you will have priority access. Please ensure you have your membership card, Patrons card or Corporate Partner pass ready to scan on entry. The option to book in advance is still available if you prefer for Members and Corporate Supporters.

  • Ticket information

    Book a ticket in advance for guaranteed entry. Tickets include Museum entry only after you've visited the exhibition.

    Capacity for this exhibition has been set so that all visitors have a safe and enjoyable time. Please read our safety information before your visit. 

    Reciprocal free admission into our temporary exhibitions for partner organisations, Museums Association and NMDC members is available Monday to Friday. Admission is on a first come, first serve basis when spaces are available. You may need to wait during busy times.

    Refunds and transfers

    Please fill out our booking change request form. All donations are non-refundable and Gift Aided tickets are only transferable. If you have a shop purchase included, please let us know if you'd like it moved to another date or refunded. If you're required to self-isolate, we can transfer your tickets to a new date.
