To help keep everyone safe, a timed entry system is in place. Only a limited number of people are allowed in our galleries.
All visitors (including Members and Corporate Supporters) must book a free ticket in advance online for guaranteed entry. We have a limited number of walk-up tickets, subject to availability. If you're unable to book online, please call the Contact Centre.
Please only book if you're able to attend, or let us know if you can no longer make it so that we can make the tickets available to other visitors.
To get priority access and skip the queue, become a Member.
New tickets are released regularly. Best ticket availability is Wednesday to Friday.

Things to do at home
We've brought the Museum to you with a host of free virtual tours, hands-on activities and live online events.
Delve into the Museum from home with a virtual self-guided tour of the galleries, an interactive experience about Hope the blue whale and audio guides narrated by Sir David Attenborough.
Join the Nature Live Online team every Tuesday at 12.00 BST and Friday at 10.30 BST for interactive talks featuring topical discussions with our scientists and cutting-edge research.
You can ask questions during the live broadcast on YouTube.
Entry to the Museum remains free, but since we closed our doors we've been losing vital income. Donations will help us to continue welcoming visitors and connecting people to nature through inspiring stories and educational activities.
So if you could help us with a donation - no matter the size - we'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
