Tickets
All visitors (including Members and Corporate Supporters) must book a free ticket in advance online for guaranteed entry. Government guidance around indoor visits (the rule of six) applies at the Museum.
To help keep everyone safe, a timed entry system is in place. Only a limited number of people are allowed in our galleries. We have a limited number of walk-up tickets, subject to availability.
Please only book if you're able to attend, or let us know if you can no longer make it, so that we can make the tickets available to other visitors.
Tickets are available for visits until 5 September.

General admission to the Museum is included with your exhibition ticket.
The Museum is closed but our work continues
As a charity we need your help. With our doors closed, we're losing vital income. We're doing everything we can to continue to connect people to nature by bringing the Museum to you through inspiring stories and educational activities.
So if you could help us with a donation - no matter the size - we'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
