Dr Victoria Mullin

Postdoctoral Researcher, NERC Bees

Department: Earth Sciences
Division: ES Vertebrates and Anthropology Palaeobiology

Specialisms

Ancient DNA, Biomolecular Archaeology, Domestication, Ecology, Genomics, Population Genetics

Summary

I am a molecular biologist with research interests in population genetics and genomics. My work utilises ancient DNA from archaeological and museum collection specimens in conjunction with modern genomes to investigate genetic variation and demography over time. I am currently employed on a NERC funded project to explore the response of bumble bees species to a century of land use change.
