Summary

Originally appointed as Library Services Manager in September 2015 I have applied my extensive expertise from over 20 years’ experience in major UK libraries within the Museum’s Library and Archives by developing existing systems and services, implementing new ones and planning future projects. My responsibilities and remit broadened and deepened as a result of Changes in Science during the summer of 2016 and now, as Head of Researcher Services and Digital Delivery Division (RSDD) with a team of 10 staff, I lead the strategic development of my division and the resources that support researchers, internal and external, in their discovery, access and use of LA collections and related resources, both physical and digital.
