Nye (1975) stated:-

A. roseiventris is a junior subjective synonym of Calesia zambesita Walker, 1865, List Specimens lepid. Insects Colln Br. Mus. 33: 962.

Asymbata and Yoseiventris were both described again as new in Gerstaecker, 1873, Baron C. C. von der Decken's Reisen in Ost-Afrika 3 (2): 377, pl. 15) fig. 8.

Poole (1989) included PASIPEDA Walker, 1865; MECYRA Walker, 1865; ZIRONA Walker, 1869; ASYMBATA Gerstaecker, 1871; CARADANA Moore, 1884; and LECASIA Fawcett, 1916 as junior synonyms of CALESIA Guenée, 1852.
