Hemming (1967) stated:-

The name Sagaritis Hübner is invalid, as it is a junior homonym of Sagaritis Billberg, 1820 (Enum. Ins. Mus. Billb. : 134), a name bestowed by Billberg on a genus of the Class Crustacea.
