Nye (1975) stated:-

The date of publication of the part of Seitz containing page 445, was stated on page 445 as 1940 May 23rd in the German edition. Owing to the second World War the English edition of this part was not published.

Poole (1989) included 2 species in the genus PARACELIPTERA.
