Notes:
Fletcher & Nye (1984) stated:-

Anthophilodes was transferred from the Pyralidae Pyraustinae to the Pyralidae Odontiinae by Monroe, 1961, Can. Ent. (Suppl.) 24: 5.

M. lepidalis is dated from the wrapper of the part, not from the title-page of the volume. In the legend to the plate the name was published as * Lapidalis, an incorrect (of a multiple) original spelling.
