Parsons et al. (1999) included EURYDICE Meyrick, 1883; HARPALYCE Meyrick, 1883; and PROBOLAEA Meyrick, 1885 as junior synonyms of HOMODOTIS Meyrick, 1885.

Parsons et al. (1999) included 3 species in the genus HOMODOTIS.
